Celebrity Charity Drive
Sheila Majid together with other Malaysian artistes namely Fauziah Latiff, Ziana Zain, Erra Fazira, Ella and Soong Ai Ling took a day off to sell some of their personal items for the benefit of tsunami victims. Called "The Celebrity Charity Drive", the bazaar was held at Mid Valley Megamall last Saturday, 22 Jan 2004.
All proceeds will go towards the special MERCY Malaysia humanitarian fund aimed at providing long-term relief for tsunami victims. The Celebrity Charity Drive was organised by International Performing Arts Corporation Sdn Bhd (IMPAC), in association with SW Show Productions Sdn Bhd, Metrojaya Berhad and Performers and Artistes Rights (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (PRISM).
We would like to take this opportunity to THANK those who have generously donated and helped to make the event a success. THANK YOU.
Red Cares "Tsunami Charity Concert of Love"
26 Dec 2004, a date which we will never forget. As we mourn over the tsunami tragedy, here's your chance to do your part. Red FM 104.9 together with celebrated artistes will be holding a RED Cares "Tsunami Charity Concert of Love". Among some of the celebrities are Sheila Majid, Dayang Nurfaizah, Anuar Zain, KRU, Ella and VE. For only RM15, you'll be abe to watch these performers show their support for this worthy cause. You'll also be helping the victims of the tsunami tragedy as all ticket sales will be donated to Malaysian Red Crescent Society. In the recent L'Oreal's new product launching, it was announced that Garnier Nutrisse hair color has made an outstanding sales volume for 2004 - its is now the number ONE hair color in the market! Congratulations Garnier! (Congrats to its spokeperson too!). Here's wishing L'OREAL another great year 2005!
Cinta Kita The Video
World Peace - a strong message that Sheila Majid would like to convey in her latest video 'Cinta Kita'. Uniquely, the video will feature 22 Malaysian top models and celebrities namely Deanna Yusoff, Amber Chia, Arianna Teoh, Nasha Aziz, Tengku Azura, Soong Ai Ling, Wan Zaleha Radzi, Fazura, Paula Malai Ali and Irene Santiago, lip-synching to the Cinta Kita tune. The interesting concept came from Alex Eu, Sheila's very own Stylist who is also her close friend, with only one intention which is to send a message to stop all forms of violence in the world today - "spread love not war".
"I'm truly honored to have had the privilege to work with 22 of Malaysia's gorgeous women to be a part of my video. They are all equally beautiful. Each has their individual personality and character that makes them special, none were intimidating or intimidated, and all came together with one purpose - world peace! Not to mention that they did this voluntarily. Some of them took a day off from their busy schedule and some even specially flew back from their overseas base. It was an amazing experience filming with all these charming women!" says Sheila Majid.
To all the fans out there, look out for this exclusive video which will usher in the new year. It will also kick start Sheila's promotional tour in 2005. Here's a glimpse of Cinta Kita! Enjoy it and Happy New Year 2005!

Dear Fans,
I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you Selamat Hari Raya Aildilfitri, Maaf Zahir & Batin and Happy Holidays to the rest of you.
For your info, Baby Khadeja is a month older and doing just great. She's as good as gold not to mention adorable, bringing a lot of joy to our family. I shall be back to work after my confinement period which is sometime in early Jan 2005. So, be sure to check the latest news here!

Tuesday, 28 September 2004 at 2.30pm, our beloved Sheila has delivered a healthy, bouncing baby Girl weighing 3.35kg. You'll be pleased to know mother and baby are doing fine.
As Sheila is taking her 'big break', we wish her the best of health. You can catch Sheila on a series of concerts and promotional tours early next year. So, be sure not to miss her!
